What Will The New Ford Bronco Look Like? | Gas 2

We know a new Ford Bronco is coming. Here we have two very different versions, one from Road and Track and one from a website called NewReleaseDate The Road and Track information is gathered from designs put together by fan site Bronco6G. The Bronco6G concept features several drawings of what Bronco fans would like to see. All of them are straightforward, uncluttered designs that combine visual cues from the Gen I and Gen II Broncos of the past.

In particular, they feature the classic, round headlight look that was a characteristic of those original cars. Our concept features a modern body-on-frame next-generation Bronco that retains a tall, boxy, tough, no-frills design with a strong focus on utility and off-road capabilities. It says the new Bronco will be in showrooms by mid-year as a model. It shows a somewhat larger, beefier truck with modern LED headlights and less respect for the past.

It also says there will be a high performance version featuring a Ford 5. Take a look at what their design sketches look like. The website gives a few details about engine availability and interior styling. It says the exterior will look much like the current F with a massive front grille, 2 pairs of LED headlights and fog lights. So far, Ford has been playing its cards close to the vest, while allowing a number of design exercise to circulate on the internet so it can get get feedback on what potential customers might like.

If I had to hazard a guess, I think the new Bronco will be more like the Bronco6G concepts for two reasons. First, everybody in Detroit surely remembers the storm of protest that broke over Jeep when it tried to change the shape of the headlights on the Wrangler a few years back, no? Second, the Bronco will based on the chassis for its kissing cousin, the new Ford Ranger , so I think it will not be just a rebodied F Closely following the transition from internal combustion to electricity.
